Coos County Sheriff's Office
For the last few months I have been working closely with the Coos County Sheriff's Office filming their various divisions and producing multiple recruitment films for their national recruitment effort. We have been so fortunate to be able to film these men and women who do such an incredible job serving their communities. One of my favorite locations was a remote location called "Hanging Rock." Just a short 15 minute hike from the trailhead opens to a vertigo inducing rock outcropping that overlooks a breathtaking view of pristine forrest. Even though the weather was marginal, (I had to fly in between rain showers), the film and photos turned out spectacularly.
This vertigo inducing rock outcropping is located outside of Powers, Oregon near the end of Panther Ridge.
